Has anyone had a bad experience with them? My Pioneer 106 packed up last
Wednesday (3rd Dec), the tray would reject every disk I put in. Then the tray would fail to close completely. I raised an RMA request form the same day, and now today Monday 8th Dec I'm still waiting in a phone queue and have been so far for 45 minutes and counting to get to talk to them. They keep me in a queue asking me to hold then they cut me off. They claim they send put RMAs within 2 days. How can I deal with these people, what are my rights here? I suppose I need to write to them laying this out but that will be held up in the Christmas post! -- gillie |

It still took about 1hr 20 mins to get to speak to someone! I wonder how before I get a replacement! -- gillie No, you don't owe them an apology. Over an hour on the phone is pathetic. To be fair, it was a Monday and they don't have any staff in over the weekend (totally wrong in my view) and I did get to speak to someone after the rush had died down.
