Default p4c800 deluxe performance mode Auto/Turbo

what actually does in the performance mode the turbo option do? when using
the turbo option my 3.06 (533 FSB) 400 MHz Ram (running in dual channel @333
MHz) based system hangs during power on and has to be switched off again to
start in Auto Performance mode.

regards

Norbert

I have had the same problem with the same board. Only I am running a 3.2 GHz
with 1 G of 400 Mhz Ram. I believe that you can not utilize the Turbo
function with the PAT function running which is enabled as long as you are
not over clocking.
My two cents worth

It attempts to use the lowest possible ram timings, which for most people
ends up in a failed boot.
