Default Fan Dilemma

I have an Antec Lanboy case which has a "3-pin fan signal connector"
coming from the PSU which is to be connected to the front panel fan
post on my Intel D845PEBT2 motherboard. . . .My question is, what if I
have a front panel fan???. . . I thought it's best to have the front
fan as an intake, and a rear case fan as an exhaust. . . but this
connector coming from the PSU has me confused. . .thanks, Keith

ps. . this is my first try at computer building .
