Default Audigy splash screen

Hi folks I have an audigy card with the live drive and have installed all
the softeware with it, very good indeed, Except the splash screen at the
start up when windows starts ( XP) and its god awful logo sounds TUM TA TA
bloody orrible noise, any ideas how to kill it?

look in your program files\creative directory. search around a bit and
you'll see an exe with the word 'splash' in it. run the exe, and notice the
box at bottom right corner. play with the controls/options there, you should
see the option to disable upon startup. i was having that problem for some
time also till i stumbled upon the solution.

Hi,

not sure where it is, but keep looking. . .there is defiantly an option to
switch it off, I did so for a friend.
