Default Support forum for Tiny Computers?

Hi to everyone.

I need some advice but have spent too much on Tiny Comptuter's pound/min
tech support. Anyone know of a support forum for the Brand?

Hasd amjor problem with blaster virus and want to clean install afresh but
having a problem with the ' re-install disk/CD' ...it does go through the
'Clean HD' and copies everything again.. tells you to remove CD-Rom and
re-start.. then, when it goes in to boot up.. there is just a message

Boot from CD ..and nothing.

It won't boot from HD.. Checked and found that there is a system and windows
on the HD..

Baffled now... need help
