I tend to generally ignore his constant churn, but he was originally
blasted and ignored by the people who constantly defend(ed)
Roxio/Adaptec when they were lying through their teeth to consumers in
order to push that defective product on this forum. Anyone who went
through the ECDC evolution, especially with the stinky 4.x disaster,
knows that SMH caught Adaptec (then Roxio) in a barrage of lies and
misquotes. He won't let them live it down, basically.
I found the best way to deal with the Roxio garbage was to dispose of
it, tell people about it, and recommend other products such as Nero,

to my customers. In almost every instance of a conflict, the
conflict tends to go away when Adaptec/Roxio is removed from the

cRoxio-Acraptec, and that Richter made no secret of that fact - nemerous
times even when such statement was not called for. Yet he asked:

Will you state for the record whether you are or are not
a stockholder/investor in either Roxio or Adaptec?

Why and what prompted Videoman ask the question?

There was NO RESPONSE from Mike Richter, in stark contrast to his piping
in --even when such statement is not called for-- with "just a beta

orifices. Wonder why not.
