There is no "banning" possible; one can, of course, complain to its ISP.
(I do not regard noise as coming from either mal or female; neuter seems
appropriate.) Neither do I feud with incompetents.

Since I don't read little Sammy's posts, I have no way to know whether
they have any content. Note that it also feuds with those long gone from
the group. Clearly, it is a noisemaker as are mewling infants and trolls.
