Sorry about this post but....
you can remove the battery and leave it out for about a day and this will
clear the passwords "jimrx4" wrote in message ... My wife has Win 2000 pro on her computer. I was futzing around with it trying to add a home network and it changed the name to WORKGROUP. After a shutdown and restarting, I can't get back into Win 2000. I can't get back into the system. It says the password is invalid. What the heck do I do now???? Can I bypass this? Yes, I know it was stupid.
