Default Flat Panel Monitor Text Fuzzy/Blurry

It's NOT The monitor.
I just got a Dell system and had the same problem.
My neighbor across the street has a Dell and has the same problem.
I connected a good CRT to my new Dell system and had the same problem.
When I connected the 17" flat panel Dell to my old system - it was fine.
Conclusion:
It is either the Video card or Driver or both
Dell were useless when I tried to fix the problem.
