Hi!
Find your service tag (if not on the system, look in the BIOS setup utility by pressing F2 at startup) and put it in the Dell support web site. This will tell you what wireless card Dell built the system with. (It makes the assumption that nobody changed it after the system was built.) If you still find that the appropriate drivers do not work, perhaps the card has failed. William
