Default sldt vs lto2

Hi,
i'm gonna buy a new tape 'cause the dlt 40/80 i'm using now is not enough
any more and i have to choose between sdlt and lto2.
Simply looking at the specs i'd go with lto2, but i'd like to know if
there are people that used both standards who can post their impressions.

Looking at lto2 drives in particular i'm considering Dell PowerVault 110T
LTO2 and HP StorageWorks Ultrium 460... they have the same specs but
dell's drive is a LOT cheaper choosing the same level assistance (3y,
NBD).
Do you think its quality is worse?

Thanks for your help and sorry my poor english!
