Default removing front bezel

i have a 700x, and the front air intakes, etc. are clogged with dog hair and
dust. it seems that there should be a way to remove the front bezel (hope
that's the term) to clean the thing. any ideas? (getting rid of fido is not
the option, by the way....)

Don't have one myself, but just about every one I've removed had three small
tabs/clips on each side that snap into the metal frame. Remove the sides
and look around the back of front of the metal case. You can usually unclip
them with your fingertip or a screwdriver if not easy to reach. Don't force
them or they'll snap. The older the case the more brittle they'll be.

Good luck...

P.S. Got a black lab myself. Perfect dog but the dog hair is unbelieveable!
Gonna burn out my vacuum...

Under the Gateway tech support documents for your case look at the
FAQs, "How do I remove and replace the front bezel on the Aegis
case?". For example:
