Default HP 1200

Hello, I'm from Spain and I want to expose an error happened in a printer
model HP 1200, it's a laser printer. This model doesn't have status panel,
only have three lights that indicates: data processing or an error like,
open door, for example.

But in this case the three lights are on, not blinking and I don't know
where is the problem, if someone can answer or have had the same problem and
wants to share the soluction. I try to view a solution in Hp web but the
answer is to contact with hp for solution, very nice on the part of HP.

Thanks for all.

Bye.

From the "getting started guide" (guia de instalacion rapida):

If all lights are on, unplug the printer, wait 5 minutes, plug back in,
and retry. If errors still exist, call HP Customer Support.

Si estan encendidas todas las luces, desenchufe la impresora, espere 5
minutos, vuelva a enchufaria e intentelo de nuevo. Si se siguen
produciendo los errores, llame al Servicio de atencion al cliente de HP.

When all lights are on, the printer has what is called "Fatal Error". Press
& hold the button on the printer to see the secondary light pattern. This
secondary light pattern will tell you what is wrong.
