Default EEE901: Auto Boot After Power Failed/Restored?

No battery, just AC.

Is there any way to trick my eee901 into automagically starting up after
power has failed and then restored.

I don't see anything in BIOS, but if it could be set to do that, this
device would have a home, otherwise, it's just sitting around...
