Default CANNOT OPEN FILE CREATED WITH EPSON PRINT CD FOR WINDOWS

I have been emailed a file with the extension .ec3 which I beleive is
an image of a cd cover layout created with Epson´s print cd software
bundled with their printers. Does anyone have any ideas how this can
be viewed, I thought I could download software from epson´s site but
cannot find it. any help appreciated.
