Q on SATA150 drives on SATA300 controllers & more
I am referring to Drive/Controller types below.
1. Is there any speed advantage of SATA150/SATA300 over SATA150/SATA150? 2. Does SATA300/SATA150 work? 3. I can't find any SATA300 drives. Is there such a thing and are they more expensive than SATA150 drives? |

Is there such a thing and are they more expensive than SATA150 drives? Right now, no. Currently, hard drives haven't even begun to hit the top speed of SATA150. Western Digital is preparing to release their latest Raptor Drive, and they chose to stay with SATA150 because of this. |
