OT - Problem with Linksys Wireless Router
Computer is Dell E510. My wireless router is messed up. it's a Linksys WRT54G. It jammed yesterday and now I can not access the routers page. I tried resetting it - holding in the reset button for 30 seconds. When I do that the power light constantly blinks. I read that when the power light constantly blinks it means the software loading on it is corrupted or something. So, I tried to load new software but I can not access the router no matter what. I try pinging it and get no response. Any ideas how to fix this? Is it junk? Could this Linksys router be broken or something? Thanks! |

OT - Problem with Linksys Wireless Router
Did you try calling linksys.
I've had my router (same as yours) for 5 years with no problems. I did have to call them once for technical support (when I bought a new laptop) and once for a problem at 3:00 AM. This was 4 1/2 years ago, but the support was fantastic. Mel "Von Fourche" wrote in message m... Computer is Dell E510. My wireless router is messed up. it's a Linksys WRT54G.
