The only way around this one is to check deliveries on arrival, but of
course, you then get a fat arsed, BO reeking, bulshy, courier or
"highly trained [s******] lorry driver who isn't prepared to hang
around while you do.

You have the Parcel - he has no signature - he may be bulshy, but in
reality feck all he can do.

I've never had a delivery driver look up at me and act bulshy?

I have no way of proving the box contained no card when I opened it.
Is there anything I can do?

A little update on this matter.
2 weeks later, I have heard nothing, and I am still £100 out of pocket.
Have called aria twice, and gave up at 20 minutes without speaking to a
human.
Won't be giving up though.

Good luck getting your dosh back or even a card - ARIA were once a good

reliable company to deal with - gone wayyy downhill over last 12 - 18
months - I give them the boot a year ago after they ripped me off for £30 -
they lost about £15k from me since then.... feck 'em I say - do your best
though.......give 'em plenty of ****.

Regards

Hi all.
A refund for the full value of the missing graphics card has been made, and
is now showing as credit in my card statement.
The matter is now closed, and thanks to Rob D, it came to a happy end.
Thank you very much Rob.
