Default sr1610nx integrated video

I would like to know if someone have the same problem .
can't adjust the amount of memory for the video card.
with 256mb it goes to 32mb , 512mb to 64mb , 1gig is still 64mb and 2gig is
still 64mb
i can't adjust in bios using f 1 at startup or using f 11 .got frustrated
and call them
the pc is suppose to go to 128mb video mem but everything for it in bios is
grey and can't be
adjusted.

They receive my unit the 7 of december i call them 3 times .
The problem was that i can't put the video memory to 128 mb or put it down
to 32 .

The system have 2gig of kingston in dual channel .
I told the tech at Compaq what was the problem and they told me to send it
for repair
that is what i did .
the problem is that the poeple at compaq dont talk or send email to each
departement .
when you have to call 3 time to know if your pc is going to be repaired ,and
they
tell you a tech will be contacting you in 24 hours i did not know that i
sent my pc to
another planet where 24 hours is in reality about 4 days the first time they
told me that is on the 14 of december and the last was on the 17

SO IN A WAY THE TECH SUPPORT SUCKSSS AT HP/COMPAQ.

i ask them to return the unit to me but they still want to fix the dam thing
I will have to call back on monday .
