Default New mobo for SDRAM?

I have an Athlon 2100 and 1GB of PC133 SDRAM looking for a new home
after their Soltek mobo died. Anyone know of a new mobo which likes
SDRAM? I know there are loads on ebay but I'd rather just buy a new
one if I can.
Thanks for any info.

I had a similar problem a few months ago. I would suggest selling the PC133
RAM and buying PC2700/3200 etc plus a more current mobo.

Syntax Skt A Via Kt266 Ddr/sdr Sound/lan/usb OEM from ebuyer. Although this
board is marketed by PCChips it is manufactured by Syntax. There were a
vast number of very positive evaluations of this board on the ebuyer site
but unfortunately they seem to hjave reset their system so all the earlier
feedback has disappeared. Its not exactly state of the art but it takes both
SDR and DDR so you can upgrade your memory later without having to renew the
board. For less than £20 inc p+p it would make a convenient and cheap
interim upgrade.

They were only reporting 1 in stock - looks like someone beat you to it -
its now listed as out of stock. Try the Matsonic MS8137C+ Motherboard
listed here

http://www.retekdirect.co.uk/acatalo...herboards.html

or a K7S5A listed here (I have 2 of these and they have been very stable and
reliable)

http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...51&action=c2hv
d19wcm9kdWN0X292ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=52749

or K7S5Apro

http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...83&action=c2hv
d19wcm9kdWN0X292ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=52748

All fairly cheap and take both sdr and ddr

Thanks a lot Tony, I've ordered a K7S5A-pro.
Reason I couldn't find anything there is I searched for SDRAM, and
they just call it SDR in their description.
I'm a little worried that these last few they have will be ones that
have been kicked around the warehouse and RMA'd a few times, we'll
see. Thanks again.
