Default Office Max refilling cartridges

I stopped my local Office Max yesterday and discovered that they were
putting in a large inkjet refilling station.
It was about 6' tall and 4' wide and appeared to have stations for every
cartridge known to man. Each station was equipped with a roll of paper like
that for a printing calculator. I hope it is used to test the cartridge.
It will be interesting to see how this works out. I'll have an HP 78
refilled and see how they do.

Will be a complete waste of time, and money.
