Default Which HDD in WD's "My Book" external drive?

Which model hard drive is used in WD's 320 GB external hard drive
that they call "My Book"?

----

The model number of the Essential Edition version is WDG1U3200.

The model number of the Premium Edition version is WDG1C3200.

Is it the same WD hard drive in both these?

-----

In my case, I need external USB. The drive will probably store
backups and be used to take data to other PCs.

Are these units ok?
