Default Good service from Scan & Citylink

Having seen the various bad posts regarding the above, thought it was only
fair that when they do get it right, I comment on it...

Ordered a DVD burner bundle from their "Today Only" page at about 12 o
clock. Request delivery to an alternative address from that on the credit
card. 4 emails from Scan as order progresses, including final one with
Citylink reference number and link to tracking.

11 o clock following day get a phonecall at work to say the order had been
delivered as arranged, well packaged, working, etc.

Would happily deal with them again.

Did you order via their website or on the phone? IME they only deliver
to an address different from the cardholder's address if you order on
the phone which costs you £10 for delivery rather than £7.

Yes Mike is VERY bad, so please send me my computer or my money,
if you want i can put here all the details, including your name, address
phone number, etc. The only way to me to know this data is from eBay as
a winner of your auction, so please refresh your memory.

This is your original email, and of course i have the PayPal receipt
with the payment, so send me my money or the computer.

Hi David,

Thanks for bidding on this item.

It weighs just under 1.5 kg, so your options are as follows:

Royal Mail International Signed For Surface Packets - £9.50 - Delivery Aim
14 Days
Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail Packets - £10.77 - Delivery Aim
3 Days
Royal Mail Airsure Packets - £11.47 - Delivery Aim 2 Days

This is for the standard services. It costs slightly more to have them
signed for on arrival. If it costs less to send than stated above, I will
refund you the difference.

I will post out the item as soon as possible after payment is recieved, and
please specify which postal method you would like with your payment,

Best regards

Mike
