Opinions solicited on system

Hi. I would like some opinions on the following system (prices
are in Canadian dollars). I know that the video card is weak
but I have to go with nVidia because I need better OpenGL
compatibility, I have been hearing that MSI's are quieter and
the next better card that this vendor carries (5900) is more
than twice the price. Will be used for 2D and 3D graphics and
light CAD (Rhino specifically), some gaming. Thanks in advance.

Big price difference. CL 2-2-3-6 versus CL 2.5-3-3-7 Worth it?

2) Samsung 160GB SpinPoint P80 7200RPM ATA133 3Yr War. 2MB $169.95
Seagate 120GB Barracuda 7200.7 Plus ATA w/ 8MB Cache $159.95
Which one is preferable? Reliability and quietness are concerns
as well as the obvious, storage.

3) PNY Verto GeForceFX 5700 Ultra 128MB (*) is
$316 at http://www.tigerdirect.ca
I have heard some problems with PNY. Any experiences with the
card or the vendor? A worthy upgrade from the $270 MSI FX5600?
