Linux user space driver interface?
Proposal and code for a simple userspace PCI driver interface:
http://www.uwsg.indiana.edu/hypermai...08.3/1908.html I am not sure how this would work for graphics, ... but the idea is sort of cool :-) Now we can have all those propriaty code drivers.
