Default Cheap network pan & tilt cameras?

So far it appears Panasonic sells the most inexpensive network cameras
that can be remotely controlled (pan and tilt). Optical performance
isn't all that great - like a 10 lux minimum. Are there some other
choices out there?

** Due to SPAM I no longer receive email responses to
** newsgroup postings, so don't bother.

Cheapest is to buy 2nd hand on ebay!

That's what I did - I got PictureTel PTZ-2P for just £30.

Of course that PTZ2P isnt a network webcam unless you find some software
to support it. http://www.camerapad.com has something for it.
