Presario 4200NX video card
Can I install a normal 128MB AGP video card in my Compaq Presario
4200NX? The PC was a gift and I really could use more than 64MB of shared video memory. Any help would be appreciated. I have not looked inside one, but is there even an AGP slot available? Thanks, Mike G. Newport, RI |

I've found the ATI Radeon cards to work easier in Compaqs. Others prefer
GeForce cards. Your choice. 64MB enough for me. Yes, AGP would be better, but you have no choice, so.... You might try: http://www.mwave.com HH "Master Chief Mike" wrote in message om... Thanks for the quick reply. Any suggestions on a PCI video card? Would and 128MB card perform the same? And will the fact that it is a PCI card make a difference in performance? Thanks, Mike G.
