Default Anyway to fix Pentium 4 chip?

Is there anyway to get a broken pentium 4 chip fixed if one pin has
broken off. I know intel won't warranty a physically damaged CPU etc.

It may possibly be an unimportant pin.
There are many of them on the package, though more are important.

If you haven't tried it (don't) then can you locate which pin it is
on the intel datasheet (http://developer.intel.com/) for your part
and post the pin name and number?

First, check which pin. If it's a power or ground pin, odds are the CPU
will work fine without it. Otherwise, the only think you can try is to
solder a new pin onto the remaining connector. It might work and you don't
have much to lose.
