Default How do you figure if a PS can supply enough power to run an additional HD?

Here's my configuration

Crown Power Supply 230W (Off brand?)
EFA Viking 3 (P5MVP3-AT) MB
Maxtor 6E030L0 (30 GB)
Maxtor 6L040J2 (40 GB)
Maxtor 6Y080P0 (80 GB)
Actima 36X CD-ROM
Belkin USB PCI Card
SIIG UDMA100 PCI Card
Matrox G100 AGP Card
Creative Labs Sound Blaster AWE64 ISA Card

Want to add old hd, Maxtor 90840D6 (8.4 GB), to test XP.

The 30 gig is my main drive, while the 40 and 80 are for storage for my parents
and myself respectively. Does my PS have enough juice to run a fourth hd, or
should I look at partitioning the main hd?

If I have to partition, are there any programs that will allow me to do so without
having to reformat the drive? I really don't like the idea of having to reinstall
my current OS config.

Thanks for any help.

Either get a 350+ watt power supply or just repartition.
