Default having reinstall certain drivers after every reboot.

Aggreed. I have trashed a great many motherboards with bad caps. The
biggest culprit is the boards with the VIA tech chips. something else
you might try is to replace the battery on the motherboard as it
sounds like it might be going dead. You can purchase a new battery by
the Garage door openers at your local Sears or Kmart store.
