My computer is very slow and i want a computer with a better
performance, where should i start?????

Buy a Corvette and load your computer into the back seat, which is just
about the right size for it.

On a serious note, nobody can answer that without knowing all the EXACT
models of all the specific components, what OS and software you are running,
etc.

Even then, the likely answer is, start over from scratch. -Dave

I would start by replacing the motherboard, processor, ram, video card, and
hard drive. The case, floppy drive, and power cable are less important, but
you might also consider replacing the power supply and DVD/CD drive.
