making a bootable flash drive
hi all, i've got a standalone o/s system that boot's and run's from a cd which is a fully operational o/s,very useful for sorting out your pc when it dies,or just copying off your data before a format. and i want to put it onto my bootable flash drive,i currently have a cd rom with the o/s on it and a iso image of it too,i want to be able to somehow get it onto a flash stick so i can use it as a fully operational o/s as i should be able to install my own programs as i'd have the write factor too. i have a utility to make the flash drive bootable but it doesn't file the o/s files on the flash stick. any advice guys? Thanks in advance! -- peteec |
