StorEdge L25: Cleaning tapes not recognized? Cause for 2411?

Hello.

We're using a StorEdge L25 system with two mags and one drive. In both
mags, there's one cleaning tape. We're using VERITAS NetBackup 6.0MP4
as our backup software. The backup software recognized those tapes as
cleaning tapes (it's showing "HC_CLN" as Media Type).

However, this morning the library showed an error code of 2411.
According to the handbook (eg. http://sunsolve.sun.com/handbook_private/Systems/L25_shared/documents/L25-L100_user_manual.pdf),
this error code means:

| 2411 FSC_LIBRARIAN_NO_ Auto-clean can not be Microcode 100%
| CLEANING_TAPES performed as there are
| no cleaning tapes

So it seems as if the library "thinks", that there are no cleaning
tapes.

How do I "tell" the library, that there ARE cleaning tapes in the
library?
