Default I need a new MB, help me out here.

Hi all,
My Asus P4S533 mb crapped out on me the other day. I want to replace
it, what do you guys recommend I get? Here is what I have:
CPU - Pent 4 2.2Ghz 478
MEMORY - 3 1GB PC2700 - 333mhz CL 2.5 (Cas Latency)
128x64 -Built with 128Mx8Bit Dram (Hi-Density Dram)
Un-buffered Non-Registered 184Pin Non ECC
VIDEO - NVidia GForce4 TI 4200
Hard Drives - Maxtor 6L200R0 / 6L300R0
CDS - Plextor CD-R Px-W8432T / NEC DVD-RW ND-3520A

The memory is new and didn't work on the Asus mb, I would like to keep
them and use them on the new mb.
Do 478 mb's have Hi density DRAM or will I need a new CPU to use the
memory on the new mb?

Not nearly enough information. Typically, any socket 478 board would do.
However, you state that you have memory that wasn't recognized, even though
it SHOULD be recognized. So before anybody makes a recommendation of
motherboard, first we need to know the EXACT make and model number of the
RAM boards. Simply having a few of the specs. of the RAM isn't enough
information. -Dave

Dave,
I don't have anymore info on the memory. This memory was not on the
Asus mb, it was not recognized. The mb is dead, the 3 512Mb memory on
the Asus mb works fine. I just thought since I need a new mb I could
possibly use the faster memory.
Hopefully, the mb recommendation will not require a new power supply.
Thanks!!
