ABIT KR7A- RAID Processor upgrade

Hi,

I am delaying getting a new motherboard for as long as possible so was
wondering what is the fastest Processor I could use in the ABIT KR7A-RAID
motherboard?

At the moment I have an Athlon XP 2400+ CPU.

You can find the manual at:

It will tell you what processors are supported.

You can also get information about the BIOS and anything else from the abit
site. Manufacturers generally maintain downloadable manuals and such on
their sites, so you can look there when you have questions like this.

The best info about that kind of stuff is in the ABIT groups cause
youll find lots of people with particular boards whove tried specific
options with it.
