Default New Video Card Choice

I have a Pentium 4 2.2 Ghz with 512 megs RAM and using a Nvida 4600 Ti .
Would I benefit from a faster video card.?, and if so would the 9800 Pro be
overkill.??

thanks

Darrell

There's no such thing as overkill! Just budgetary limitations!

I would say you do not need to upgrade
If the 4600 works for your needs, why spend the money.

If you can wait two months, around februari both nvidia as ati should
come out with their new videocards!

If you now buy a 9800 XT/Pro you'll get a fast card with DX9 and also
fast in DX8. But if you wait a few months you might pick up a card
that can even do more!
