Which Is The Better Mother Board For an AMD 64+ B.E. ???

Given the choice ... w/ an AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ Black Ed. 125W CPU & 4GB
(2x2) Crucial PC2-6400 DualChannel 800Mghz RAM ... of the following to
boards, which one might you choose to use in an enthusiast/light gaming
machine?

1.) ASUS M2A-VM (

Well considering that the M2A-VM doesn't support the
6400+

I wouldn't consider using it. This board does not support any 125W
CPUs.
They were listed at first but presumably ASUS have had problems with
the
power needed and they have been removed from the supported list.
