Default 9.6 Post Code

I'm Getting Post Code 9.6 - "deassert Core Voltage" - Thought It Was The Power Supply So I Bought A Cooler Master 450w. Hooked Everything Back Up But Still Getting Code.

Wondering If My Motherboard Could Be Fried, Or If I Need A Specific Power Supply For Abit Duramax Aa8.

450w Cooler Master
3.2 Prescott Cpu
512 X2 Ddr2 Cosair
Wd 160 Mb Hard Drive
Nvidia 6600
Thermaltake 775 Heatsink
