Default Incase anyone from ebuyer is reading

Long shot, but you never know MN might still read the group :/

Placed an order last Friday for delivery by no later than today.
It's not turned up.
ORDER NO: 3494507. Website has been sat at 'Pick in Progress' all week.

Now sent in the enote but the response time is 2 business days which means
Monday before i can find out what's going on.

If anyone from ebuyer sees this and can email me an update I would
appreciate it. andrew /@/ storesrus .co. uk

Ta
Andy

Andrew I'm in the same boat: ordered various bits for Thursday (2nd)
delivery: arrived but incomplete: same as you- site said pick in progress
even after delivery!
However raised an enote at 15:00, had reply at 16:03 ! with apologies and
offer of free delivery on next order!: incomplete order items to be
delivered today (Friday)
Hats off to them for quick reply: (boo for sending incomplete order).
Neil

Mine's still showing as delivery 2nd December but all items still at pick in
progress. Something strangely wrong with their system. You'd like think
that scenario would automatically flag up an error to them :/

Fingers crossed they get around to my enote soon.

We'll got an enote. In summary, for anyone thats interested..

1 - was out of stock, this resulted in nothing being sent.
They now want to split my order in 2.

4 items - they say they will send.
The other 1 out of stock item they have moved to a new order and put the
price
up of that item, by £9.42.

No refund of postage. So basically i am now paying ebuyer an extra £9.42
for this fiasco.

How ****ed off am I. Order cancelled, Grrrr

You ordered.
They delayed order because one item was out of stock.
You sent a note that they replied to same day offering to split the
order, but it would cost you two sets of postage.
You took huff.

Is this all correct?

Can I ask what you consider would have been a reasonable outcome to this
'fiasco'... and by that I mean reasonable to both parties to the order.

(btw if you consider that to be a fiasco, I suggest you refrain from
purchasing online ever again).

I usually agree with you sticking up for ebuyer but i think defending them
over my post is pretty stupid.

The order was placed, the item was shown as in stock and still does, they
just left the order in place without doing anything about it.
