Default Athlon 900 system reboots randomly

1) Make sure you're not overheating.
2) Try a new power supply.
3) Time to reinstall Windows (hope you don't have WinME)

A friend of mine has an Athlon system and after adding a CDRW drive as a
secondary CD drive his system will reboot periodically and then

continuously
reboots before loading windows until manually powered down. I did notice
that he has a smaller fan mounted to another chip on his MB, but unsure as
to what is under it. It's an Asus A7V133 motherboard. I did enable to

fan
alarm in the Bios and it did alarm once, disabled its since it stayed on,
but may be a warning the system is about to reboot but don't know for

sure.
Please email me if you have any ideas. Thanks.

If it appears to be a hardware problem I'd suspect either the PSU or RAM.
