put me off trading with them ... "a division of Watford Electronics"! Need

Well - it was the only link I could find in the first 50 of a Google that
wasn't either a DSG or 'comparison' site - most of which led direct to DSG
portals!g

Use froogle rather than google, that filters out all the 'comparison'
sites pretyy efficiently.

Did you have a chance to check their customer service dept?

I've seen quite a few complimentary reports of quality after service
too. Again, not for a while tho, people used to rave about them when
they mainly did Sony refurbs, they seem to have changed direction a bit
since then.
