Bouquet for Novatech

Maybe it's time for a bouquet on this group?

First, let me stress that my ONLY connection with Novatech is that they seem
to end up with most of my orders (as a Retail buyer - not trade!), of
late.....

I ordered an MOBO on a Friday evening- asked for Express, 'cos I wanted to
return the box involved ASAP - and the board duly arrived on the
Tuesday.......

Board would NOT POST, despite two CPU's, two PSU's, and thre RAM sticks.....
Thursday I phone them - "no problem, we'll express exchange them" - they
picked up the board on Friday via DHL, and the new board arrived UPS also on
Friday (as promised)!!
The new board does not POST, either!!!!

Back on the phone ...."Oh - maybe it's a batch problem - have a different
make, OK? - cost an extra £1.00, though" ...after I'd picked my jaw off the
floor, I stuttered my acceptance of the change (for my preferred board
anyhow - but that's not germane to the tale), they assured me that it was on
the way.........

Board arrived Monday, as promised - and works fine - I'm a very happy bunny,
and Novatech is horrendously out of pocket, but with an awful lot of good
will (which I pass on to you guys!).
