DHL Joke
Has anybody had such bad service from DHL?
I have a delivery from Komplett, sent via DHL. Usually, they aren't too bad. I have now waited a week. As you can see, I almost got it delivered yesterday. I guess they've had it so long, they don't want to give it away. Regards, Darren No Complain to DHL, they are the ones that held it up. I figure that complaining to DHL will do bugger all, since they should be aware of their delivery statistics. It seems that they don't mind jerking some people around. On the other hand, if Komplett get enough complaints from customers unhappy with DHL, perhaps they will reconsider their choice of courier. As a result, DHL would then need to make a better effort at delivery deadlines if they wish to keep their customers. Regards, Darren

Worked with ParcelFarce once, well did not 'work' as such but lost then a large national account when they could not deliver next day items 26 miles inside 3 days, ended up with the supplier sending us stuff by Taxi, next time the courier contract came up ParcelFarce were replaced with Business Post and service improved dramatically.
