Ebuyer protest site.

The latest 'complaint'.
'I attempted to return an item I had deemed to be working incorrectly and
found ebuyer no-help-at-all in resolving the issue. Their customer "service"
system on their site I think is designed to deter people from returning
items because of it's facelessness and time consuming nature. Luckily,
before I got really angry with them, I managed to get the product to work,
it was my stupid fault I know, but then if there definitely was a problem
with the product then I would still be in the same situation.

I will not buy from ebuyer any more, I can find cheaper things elsewhere if
I try, so I often do that.'

Will someone here please explain how the above amounts to a complaint about
ebuyer?

He gets his kit to work admitting he was at fault yet he wont buy from them
again?

Have kind of been in the same situation with Simply. I bought a PCMCIA Zip
drive some time ago. Installed it, but it couldn't copy files beyond a certain
size; it really looked bad. Called Simply and was transferred to an 'engineer',
the said engineer said he couldn't help and I should contact the manufacturer.
I then dug around in Windows and found a different driver to the one that was
supplied in the box and wupz it all worked! But hardly due to Simply.
