Default Asus M2N-E : where is the memory clock divider?

I can't find such an option the BIOS menus... my DDR2-667 5-5-5-15 could
work quite OK as DDR2-800. Now I want to try raising the CPU speed while
keeping the RAM at 400Mhz. What should I do?
