Default Compaq Presario 5446A Hard Disk Problems.

Hi All,

I have a strange problem with my Compaq Presario I am sat working away in
Windows XP the PC then reboots for no reason then it claims there is no hard
disk present. If I turn the machine off and wait it then back on it boots
with no problem.

Does anybody know how to fix this problem. I have installed a new hard
drive and done a clean install of XP, and even then the machine reboots if I
leave it on for more two days.

many thanks in advance
