Ebuyer and returns
Ordered first time from ebuyer.
Delivered on that day that they said they would. Slight problem, delivered a network switch instead of CDRW. Does anyone have any experience of ebuyer collecting goods at thier expense? Good thing I paid by CC. cheers |

Good thing I paid by CC. cheers I suggest picking up a copy of the bible or good book for whatever religion you subscribe too. If you don't and are agnostic or an athiest this will soon change anyway so the same advice is good. I'd ring them too, inform them you'd appriciate the item you ordered and for them to collect the network switch on delivery of that item. I'll say a prayer for you still. The Consumer Credit Act only makes the credit grantor jointly liable for items with a cash price between £100 and £30000 (inc VAT). The credit card provider *may* offer a charge back for transactions not covered by the act, but they are not obliged to do so. -- iv Paul iv [ Mail: ] [ WWW: http://www.hopwood.org.uk/ ] |
