Presario R3000 laptop question
I have an R3000 laptop with the AMD Athlon 2800+ cpu. It seems slow to me.
The Control Panel /System says anywhere from 400 to 800 Mhz at different times. My desktop which is an older Athlon shows 1.4 gig on that screen. I tried looking at the BIOS but there is no setting for a multiplier. What gives?
