DABS - Hello is there anyone there?

I purchased a new printer from them at the beginning of October and found a
fault with it within a couple of days. So I contacted HP to try and
ascertain whether it was a software/hardware problem. Eventually after
numerous emails, a phone call was made and was told that I had a hardware
problem, and that I would need to contact Dabs about getting it replaced.

I went to their website, and tried to fill in the necessary form, but
unfortunately there wasn't anywhere to fill out anything. So I emailed them
at the beginning of last week to tell them of this - received a reply on
Thursday where they asked me for further information, which I did. Thing is
how long does or should it take for anyone to reply? Does anyone have a
phone number for Dabs that I could use. emails are fine providing they
answer within a reasonable time. In the meantime I need a printer!!

You're not alone. We're approaching rapidly approaching the end of
the 2nd week for them to issue an RMA no. to us. We haven't heard
from them in a week so far.
