When I turn on my computer I get a kernell32.dll error, how can I fix this?

A 'kernel32.dll' error likely means that the system thinks the kernel is
corrupted.

Your machine may have a virus or the file may have been damaged in some
manner.

One way of correcting this is to do a 'repair' of the operating system.
The installation routine will replace the core files of the operating system
which will often fix the problem.
